2012.07.03 05:07:22 MARKET TALK: India Bonds Likely Up; 10-Year Yield Support At 8.15%

0307 GMT [Dow Jones] Indian government bonds are likely to open
higher, tracking gains in U.S. Treasury's Monday. The new
benchmark--the 8.15% 2022 note--yield is likely to open at 8.16% vs
8.17% at Monday's close; the yield is tipped to stay in a 8.15%-8.20%
band through the session. The benchmark bond closed Monday at 99.83 in
price terms. A dealer with a private bank says some traders are hoping
that the RBI will announce a bond buyback this week. For other
near-term trading cues, traders will be watching the response to the
auction of increased limits for foreign institutions to invest in
local government bonds Wednesday. (sudeep.jain@dowjones.com)
