10:04 (Dow Jones) Contagion fears from Europe help move fed-funds futures even closer to FOMC's rate outlook. As it has said it sees rates remaining "exceptionally" low through at least late 2014, thinly-traded futures today price in diminished expectations for a mid-2014 hike. July 2014 fed-funds futures see a 44% chance for FOMC lifting the rate to 0.5% by then, down from 52%Monday.
