2012.06.04 16:05:56 MARKET TALK: Onus on the Fed to Soothe Market Jitters -Deutsche

10:05 EDT - Deutsche Bank says the only major institution in the near-term that can reasonably be expected to shift its policy stance is the Federal Reserve. The onus is on Chairman Bernanke to "commit to an about turn and focus on the next round of stimulus," the bank writes. If he doesn't step up to the plate at his congressional testimony Thursday, DB sees 10-year yields testing 1.25% and below. Benchmark 10-year notes recently down 13/32 to yield 1.509%.
