The Federal Reserve is scheduled Tuesday to buy Treasury bonds

It is part of the central bank's latest monetary stimulus for the

maturing between six years and 30 years through June.

Fed funds were last quoted at 0.160%, compared to the federal-fund
target range of 0 to 0.25%, according to Tullett Prebon data.
