8:54 EDT - "Europe is a big mess and will stay a big mess for a very
long time," says Oaktree (OAK) Chairman Howard Marks at an investor
conference. The investment-management firm is approaching things "with
great caution," noting investors are very confused. OAK is "investing
in low-priced corporate securities at the right price," with Marks
saying that's "the best thing we can do." He adds as for the euro-zone
mess, the greatest hope is "for politicians to do the minimum needed."
